The House Transportation Committee approved SB 3181 (bond bill) yesterday by inserting the original language that was approved by the full House a few weeks ago instead of the Senate language. This morning the House Ways and Means Committee followed suit by approving with very limited discussion. The legislation now faces a March 16 deadline to be approved by the full House chamber.
The Senate is expected to bring up HB 1688 before the Senate Finance Committee this afternoon.
