The 2010 Legislative Session is not finished. Appropriation measures still need to be decided. Legislators are scheduled to return April 20. By then March revenue numbers will be solid and any more stimulus dollars coming to medicaid will be determined.
MDOT's budget is one of the many that is in a holding pattern.
